In early 2020, XELLZ secured approximately 200,000 sqm of land at the port of Rosslare in the Republic of Ireland. XELLZ has now divided the land into zones and the entire area will be known as Rosslare Europort Business Park (EBP).

The 7th Atlantic Stakeholder Platform Conference (ASPC2020) is a fully virtual event taking place on 19th November. The event will signal the start of Ireland's Presidency of the Atlantic Strategy Committee (ASC) in 2021, which will be the first year of the Atlantic Action Plan 2.0. This new plan has an increased focus on "Atlantic ports" and further details will be presented at a dedicated workshop at the event.
