The Department for Transport UK and the Marine Institute are joint funders with total joint funding of 1 million euro approximately. Innovate UK will oversee the application process for both funders and act as full delivery partner for the Department for Transport UK.

The Port of Cork Company (PoCC) have announced the official start of the 2024 cruise season with the arrival of the first cruise ship, the Ambition, operated by Ambassador Cruise Line, today, Thursday, April 4th 2024.
